A bespoke service tailored to your needs, interests and ambitions, taking part in the Premier Service will guide you through every stage of your Oxbridge journey – from application, interview to academic preparation for the rigour of an Oxbridge degree. Working closely with a skilled tutor and specialist graduate will not only enhance your skills and knowledge as an exceptional Oxbridge candidate, but it will also give you a taster of what Oxbridge’s one-on-one tutorial/supervision system could do for you.
Platinum (50 hours)
If you want to be confident that every aspect of your Oxbridge application is as sound as it possibly can be and truly enhance the opportunity to improve your work through in-depth, tailored, individual tutorials with a skilled Oxbridge graduate, the Platinum Premier Service package is for you. 50 hours of contact with your tutor(s) will empower you to explore cutting-edge ideas and radically improve your academic reading and writing skills, alongside granting you the insider knowledge to precisely target your application – not only to the most suitable University, but also to the college and/or course that will best nurture your passion for your subject. In addition to everything included in the Silver and Gold Services, the Platinum Premier Service package includes enhanced preparation for specialised admissions tests and interview skills. This extra time with your tutor will allow you to develop sophisticated subject-knowledge, confidence with the quirks of the Oxbridge system and the academic flair that will make your application stand out.
Your fifty hours on the Getting In Platinum Premier Service Package will include:
Consultation (1.5 hours)
o An hour and a half discussion with a specialist to establish your needs, interests and ambitions.
o Crafting a bespoke curriculum to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
o Discussion of what you want from a tutor; what style of tutoring will work best for your learning preferences.
Tutorials (33 hours)
o One-on-one sessions with your tutor, emulating the rigour and depth of the Oxbridge tutorial/supervision system.
o Completely tailored to your needs, interests and ambitions.
o Four to six hours of tutorials a week, depending on your desired intensity of programme.
o Reading and/or other written academic assignments set between sessions to identity possible weaknesses in your academic writing and other areas for improvement.
Mock interviews and admissions tests (if relevant) (8 hours)
o Mock interviews based on real Oxbridge past interview questions.
o Including pre-interview tests and assessments if relevant for your chosen course.
o Detailed feedback indicating strengths, weaknesses and guidance for necessary improvement.
o Feedback on mock admissions exams needed for various Oxbridge courses, including expert advice on how these exams differ from A Levels or other exams you might be more used to.
Personal Statement sessions (4 hours)
o Four sessions to make your personal statement as effective as possible and greatly enhance your written communication skills.
o Guidance on how a personal statement should be tailored to Oxbridge.
o Written feedback on two Personal Statement drafts.
Course/College/University Selection (2 hours)
o A unique opportunity to be able to acquire insider-advice about Oxbridge colleges and courses.
o Shortlist colleges that are best suited to your academic interests, extra-curricular activities and pastoral needs.
Career planning (1.5 hours)
A session to explore your goals after graduating and plan how you might best use your time at university to get there.
